Updating password if forgotten

You can update your Aidematic password in case you have forgotten it.

The steps for updating your password are as follows:

  1. Navigate to your portal URL and you will land on the login page
  2. Click on the Forgot Password link
  3. You will be prompted to enter your email address
  4. Once you enter your email address, a password reset link will be sent to your inbox
  5. Click on the link received in your inbox and you will be redirected to the Change Password screen, where you can enter your new password
  6. Once you’ve updated your password, you’ll be able to login to the application using your new credentials
