About custom fields

You can add custom fields against different resources in your Aidematic application. Custom fields allow you to store specialized information about your resources that is not present in the system by default. With custom fields, you can brand your portal according to your organizational needs.

In your portal, you can add custom fields to following resources

  1. Duty
  2. Task
  3. Job analysis session
  4. User profile
  5. Media file

A custom field can be of following types

  1. Text
  2. Number
  3. Text area
  4. Dropdown
  5. Accordion

Only administrators can manage custom fields of a portal.
